Client Conduct
Manny Architects maintains a professional and respectful environment for all clients, consultants, and staff. We ask that all site visits and office meetings be arranged in advance. Walk-in consultations are subject to availability.
Project Engagement
All projects begin with a signed letter of engagement and a confirmed brief. Changes to scope are documented in writing. The firm reserves the right to decline engagements that conflict with its design values or professional standards.
Photography & Documentation
Manny Architects retains the right to photograph completed projects for portfolio and publication purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client.
Confidentiality
All client information, project briefs, and site details are treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.
